Have you decided to return your order? No problem, we explain everything step by step to make the process easy and stress-free!

First of all, enterhere your e-mail address of the customer account with which you placed the order. Now, select the products you wish to return. You will receive an email containing a waybill with which to send the products back to our warehouses.

WHICH PRODUCTS CAN YOU RETURN?

You can return products within 30 days of the purchase date. However, you will have to treat them like gold! Make sure they are in their original condition, in their packaging intact and with the tags still attached.

WHAT ABOUT EXPENSES?

We have great news: returns are completely free! The return costs are at our expense.

WHEN WILL I GET THE REFUND ?

Here's how our refund process works:

• As soon as we receive your return, we check it carefully and send you a confirmation email.

• If your return is approved, your refund will automatically process to your original payment method within 10 business days!
