You have the possibility to make a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date of the order via the return request page .

WHICH PRODUCTS CAN YOU RETURN?

You can return the products within 30 days from the purchase date. However, you will have to treat them like gold! Make sure they are in their original condition, in their intact packaging and with the label still attached.

AND THE EXPENSES?

If you decide to replace your item, the return is free.

If you want to return it with a refund, the cost is €7 to cover handling and shipping costs.

For purchases outside Italy the return price is €20.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?

Here's how our refund process works:

• As soon as we receive your return, we check it carefully and send you a confirmation email.

• If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days!
